After hours we operate on a call-back system.  Please provide a name and phone number and best time to call.  We will get to you at the next available moment.

Note:

 1. One month rent or significant deposit is required with your application.  You are guaranteed to know if you are approved in 48hrs, while most applications are decided on with-in 24 hrs.  If you are not approved we will refund your full deposit in same funds.  A deposit is required to show us you are interested, and are serious about applying.  

2. We will preform credit checks on applications.  Bad credit does not necessarily mean you will not be approved.  It is best to be honest.

3. Pets - Some properties do not allow pets, however most do and we welcome responsible pet owners.

4. Smoking - Most properties do not allow smoking and some are outright banned.  Property specific. You are recommend to smoke outside.
