Leasing Agent

• If unit is vacant we will come and take pictures, and put up on www.Ready4Rent.com, www.kijiji.ca , amoung our other points of advertising on-line.
• If unit has a current tenant occcupying unit, an N9 or N11 and tenant contact details must be recieved by our office and of course keys to the unit.
• A sign will be put-up at property advertising rental.
• Unit details will be included in monthly newspaper ads. 
• Show unit's from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.  6 days a week by appointment until rented (No Sunday Showings)
• Process applications including but not limited to
  • Credit Check.
  • Employment / Income verification.
  • Contact previous landlords / refrences.
  • Current address visit.
• Once tenant is selected and approved by you, we will perform a unit hand-over.
  • Verify with applicable utilities that they have been put into tenants name.
  • Perform a unit inspection with tenant including HD photo's and video.
  • Test smoke alarms and get verification signature from tenant.
• Once the tenant that was leased by us leaves (even if it's 5 years later ), we will come and do a move-out inspection including HD photo's and video
• Price: One months rent ($100 deposit, remainder due on move-in/lease signing, GST included)
